I've just put out a new poll for 2014. Thanks to all who answered last year's poll and provided emails and ideas.

This year I have some fairly specific things in mind. Askari Miniatures has been focused on Colonial conflicts in roughly the period 1870-1940 and for conflicts not well covered by other manufacturers. Who needs yet another set of British and Zulus?

In that same time period, many of the units we make fought elsewhere, such as conflicts in Europe. One example is the Russian and Cossack figures for either the Russo-Turkish War of 1877 or the conquest of Central Asia. Another is the Zouaves, Turcos and other Colonial troops used by France in the Crimea, Italy, and France itself. The Italian uniforms in Ethiopia in 1936 are identical to those in Libya in 1940.

With all that in mind, I'm seeking to build on what we--and you--already have to expand the possibilities.

Please answer the poll and let me know what you think. I'm always limited by time and resources so the most popular items win out first.
